Mission:
To protect and strengthen critical infrastructure by advancing mitigation, preparedness,
response and recovery — in partnership with academia, industry, government and
community organizations.
Programs:
Think Like A CISO Academy (TLCA) — a 12-week cyber and AI clinic funded by the
Maryland Department of Labor's Cyber and AI Clinic Grant, in which volunteer clinicians deliver
practical, governance-driven security work to resource-constrained critical infrastructure
organizations including community health clinics, small water systems and food assistance
providers, while developing the emerging cybersecurity workforce.
State Civilian Cyber Corps (SC3) — a national program helping states establish
volunteer civilian cyber corps to defend state and local government against cyberattacks.
